By accessing and using the D4 Wears website (d4wears) and placing orders through our WhatsApp channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. Payment must be made in full before dispatch (except for COD orders). For COD orders, refusal to pay upon delivery may result in your account being blocked from future COD orders.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. D4 Wears is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Sale items, customised products, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for exchange. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy page.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of D4 Wears and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.
D4 Wears shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance.
